My Kenmore 721.63259301 would not heat items up so I came here and saw the parts required and was just about to order them when I checked the online owners manual and found this. FULL FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY ON
THE MAGNETRON For five years from the date of purchase, if the
magnetron in this Kenmore microwave oven
fails due to a defect in material or workmanship,
Sears will repair it free of charge.
My microwave has a manufacture date of July 2009 so I will be taking it right to the closest Sears repair center for a free repair. I suggest everyone do the same.

Hi the part you are refering to is called a wave guide cover. If it has developed a hole it will need to be replaced. this part can be obtained very easily at little cost from Sanyo or any reputable parts supplier

There is an internal fuse. The cause for it blowing will have to be determined.

This could be caused by several things. One of the overn's door switches could be out of adjustment or defective. You might have a bad magnetron tube (the microwave source) or problem with its power supply. There could be a problem with the control board. I can't suggest anything you could try on your own to start isolating the trouble. Microwaves have potentially lethal voltages present with the cover off and power applied, so servicing is best handled by professionals. Given the low cost of a new one, if this is a basic countertop oven you should probably just replace it. If this is a very high-end model or a built-in, you can get a repair estimate.

You need to tighten the screws of your oven's bottom lid and back lid . And also check for any cracks in the caseing .
