On most analog watches (non-digital), changing the date is achieved by:
1) Pulling the crown all the way out (second position). Turn the crown, changing the time until the date advances. This tells you that you are in the AM setting. Adjust the time further based upon this.
2) Push the crown in slightly until you feel a (click). This is the first crown position. Turning the crown in this position will change the date quickly (depending on your watch model).
3) Push the crown all the way in to the case when you are finished setting the time and date.
You don't say which model you have but if it is a radio controlled watch, then try re-setting the location, it frobably "forgot" where it is and wen back to the original factory setting.
You can easily change the time of your Timex watch by following the steps below.
1. With the time and date showing, press the top left button.
2. Press the right top button (this sets seconds).
3. Press the bottom left button. This flashes the hour; press the top right button until you have the correct hour (there is no symbol for am, pm will show if pm).
