Never Runs Cold Water LG Model WM0532HW

When set to Cold/Cold cycle, it pipes hot only. I turned the the hot water off and observed that no cold water runs. Instead a load noses like trying to open some kind of flapper. It is not a click noise but more sounds like a flapping. Please advise which part should I order.

Thanks

When set to Cold it Fills Hot ?

What does it rinse with ?

Have you had the fill pipes off the back for some reason and put them back wrong or has a plumber been messing with the supplies

If the machine is told to fill cold it should, it should also use cold water to rinse with.

What hapens if you tell it to fill Hot only

My kitchen does not have hot water

Does it run cold? Or not run at all? If cold and bathroom hot, it's piping problem. If doesn't run, valve closed. If no hot water anywhere but runs cold, water heater problem. If gas, fire out.

I have a new Bradford white 40 gallon gas hot water heater. There are no single handle faucets. The hot water fluctuates between hot and cold. When I close both inlet and outlet shut off for the hot water...

Sounds like water leak.
For example, broken pipe... or water running out of TP valve.
That would explain variable hot-and-cold water at tap.
Turn off all taps, and observe if water meter is registering water usage.

Where is the cold water valve on amana washer

the cold water valve is at the end of the hose at the back of the machine
if the cold water pipes run outside to the garage , it is a fair bet that the water in the pipes has frozen
easy to check --take the cold water hose of the tap and see if it runs
if it runs replace the solenoid for the cold water valve

There's only one pipe for water is it a cold water dishwasher or hot model number adp755

If there is only a single water inlet then it has to be connected to the cold water connection. Generally dishwashers use internal heater elements to heat the water during relevant wash and rinse cycles.
Hope this helps.

I have been delivered a Aquiras Extra WMA 40 but I only have a cold pipe but I notice the machine has a hot and cold pipes do I connect to just the cold pipe and will the machine heat the water inside

No, the machine does not have a heater unless it has a sanitizing cycle which heats already hot water even hotter.

For the machine to work as advertised, you'll need hot and cold water connections. However, if you just hookup the cold water and run the machine on its cold-water setting it will wash -- the laundry may not be as clean as you would like in some cases, but the machine will operate properly.

Cold water Washes

It is normal for the machine to cycle between hot and cold water when filling even if selecting a cold cycle. The reason for this is because even a cold cycle requires the water temperature to be 78F for the soap to break up efficiently.

During the cold months the water in your pipes is probably less than 78F so the machine will need to add some hot water to bring it up to this temperature. Basically, it is adding cold and then hot water to maintain a temperature in the tub of 78F for cold water cycles.

Hope this helps, please rate my solution.

Tub filling with water after cycle is finshed

If your washer fills with water, usually slowly, after the cycle is over you have a inlet water valve which is not shutting off completely. LG usually uses a separate valve for the hot and cold. If you turn off the valve where the hose comes from the house and observe for continued water fill, first one, the reopen it, then shut off the other you should be able to see which (hot or cold) is the culprit. If you post your exact model number I should be able to list the part numbers for you. The inlet valves I am speaking of are the part where the hoses connect onto your machine.
