Second word on inside instruction sheet above "installing the application" Right below the "Program description"

If you did the back up disks which you should have when you 1st got it then insert the 1st one then turn it on it should boot from this and wipe it and set it back to factory settings.

if your getting blue screen

it mean u have two problem's

1 frist cahck your Memory is not supporting i mean it's not working
or

2 secont is your windows corrupt frist repair your windows or reinstall your windows.

in your case frist chack with any technician let him chack your leptop

or try frist other bettry then only go for a new battery

try to boot your laptop from hard disk
reset your laptop & press f2 or del to go in cmos setup by press f2 or del key then afer go in boot manu select there is hard disk in a frist boot divice then save the settings by press f10

I have noticed sometimes with my D600 that happened once to me scared the heck out of me because I was doing the same thing as you where, What I did was shut everything down on my 600 and then removed the battery the hard drive and any other drives, then took out the memory modules and after everything was out of my D600 I truned it back over and pushed the start button and held it for 10 seconds with NO POWER ON, after that I replaced My memory mods frist then the HD then The dvd,last but not least my battery. Hit the power button on thank the computer gods It turned back on and has been working ever since, My opinion was It was the Memory Modules Had got loose somehow But Its been working great ever since. Slow speeds is caused by interfearace from cordless phones. 2.4ghz. also could need a power cycle. unplug the power from the back of your dsl modem. unplug the power from your router. shut down your computer. Plug in the modem frist, wait until all lights are green. plug in the router. then when lights are normal on that. turn on your computer. try your connection again. is it slow when you try to acess the router ip address?
