I i cannot do it please cancelhave tried to open my ot mail for over a month

i was not able to use my account from last 3 months, and after 3 months i did sign in my account but was shoked to see my in box empty. how do i get my mails back.

mail box ot opening/mail not getting loade error message 14 is flashing. not opened my mil box for 15 days help me.

Just for checking I'll send you an e-mail right now. I have the same reports from many other persons, maybe it's a yahoo's problem. My own [email protected] works (till now) fine.

open outlook mail then got ot tools then click on option and select the mail format and change the format you wish.

Which version or yahoo are you using , If you using the All-New-Mail version switch it to Classic, now try...Hope it will help you...Thanks for using Fixya....Good Luck

try restoring your system.... for that click on start->all programs--> Accesories--> System Tools --> System Restore. then a calender will appear ...roll back ot prevous date when ur desktop worked properly..click on the bold dates on the calender and then restore.... this will solve ur issue..

u have option in ur software to export mails to csv files...and dave it..in ur new mail sw  can import this saved file...make sure u are exporting as .csv file

Try to disable anti virus

or else create new identity

Tools Options > E mail accounts > Mail > Export save ot on the desktop

File > identies add new identity

Open with new identity > Cancel for everything
Tools > E mail acocunts > Mail Imprt and try sending test mail it should work
