you can send your stereo back to Kenwood to have the security code reset.

Just unlocked my boyfriends using the reset, ATT , src buttons. Hold all 3 at same time & it will reset the system

Kenwood codes are only available from your Main Dealer or by using a Radio Decoding Service

Hi you run them in sterio two 4 ohm subs sterio two 8 ohm subs you can run mono or four 4ohm subs can be run in mono also

You have to call Kenwood directly. You can find their phone number on their website at www.kenwood.com. They have a master reset code for your radio.

the short answer is yes... it's a theft prevention thing... try unhooking the battery again for a few minutes... the hooking it back up... i presume you have the code and know how to enter it ?
