Krups Ea8050, been through descaling process , now keep getting unplug icon, does not fill up,and unable to go to any other program

Did you completely finish the descale process. On the models I'm familiar with you run thru the descale doing every step it requests then refill the tank and run thru the rinsing process until it ends completely. As far as I know there is no reset for errors, the problem needs to be located and fixed. I have no idea what the unplug icon may be indicating.

Consistent dots down print

Try to print clean page ,
Print a cleaning page During the printing process, paper, toner, and dust particles can accumulate inside the printer and can cause print quality issues such as toner specks or spatter, smears, streaks, lines or repeating marks. Follow these steps to clean the printer's paper path.
  1. Load copier-grade paper (not bond, heavy, or rough paper).
  2. On the printer's control panel, touch the Menu button.
  3. Touch Configure Device .
  4. Touch Print Quality .
  5. Touch Process Cleaning Page .
A Cleaning message appears on the printer control panel display while the cleaning is taking place. The cleaning process takes a few minutes to complete. Do not turn the printer off until the cleaning process has finished. A page will be printed when the task is complete. Discard the page. You might need to repeat the cleaning process to thoroughly clean the printer. Print a few more pages to see if the problem is resolved.

I have lost manual so i am trying to find out how i descale my machine

Hi
To descale your Magic Comfort +, enter the menu and scroll to descale. Push the menu button to descale. Mix your solution in your water tank. Use warm water and dissolve all the solution. Place the water tank on your machine. With a container under the steam wand that is large enough to catch all the water in the tank, you are ready to begin. To start the descaling process, open the steam knob. The machine will automatically start the descaling process and when it is finished, it will shut off and tell you that it needs to be rinsed. Remove the water tank and rinse with fresh water. Refill the water tank and place it on the machine. Turn off the machine, wait a moment, and then turn it back on. Press the hot water button to start pumping fresh water through the boiler. Pump out about 16 oz. of water and then turn off the hot water button and open the steam knob to rinse the steam boiler. When it starts to go to steam, turn off and turn on the hot water button again. Pump out another 16 oz. Repeat this process with the steam knob until you have emptied the water tank. Descaling is complete. Go to your menu and scroll to "reset descale", push the enter button and chose "Yes" and push the enter button. Now it will tell you we next to be descaled.

After the wash & dry is complete, the next time I try to use it, won't turn on. I tried cancel and that starts and finishes but can't get any thing else to work. I turned off the circuit breaker but...

I have the same problem. The only temporary solution I have so far is to turn off the circuit breaker and wait between 10 & 30 minutes before resetting the breaker. The the dishwasher will work for one cycle.

How to replace a refrigerator door gasket

Good day,
Installed improperly will cause a warped door, and almost unrepairable.
First, lay the new gasket on the floor, and allow to warm up completely. Should be soft and pliable.

Unplug machine, and remove everything from the door.
Peel back inside of gasket. You will see screws.
Loosen all top and side screws ONLY HALF WAY DOWN EACH SIDE.
Peel off the old gasket from the top, and half way down each side only.

Take new gasket, and install across the top and half way down.
Tighten all the screws you loosened or removed FIRMLY.

Repeat this process on the lower half of the machine.
This process keeps the door aligned properly.

Thank you for using FixyA

Keeps restarting

I do not know about the screeching part, that could be part of the problem or completely independent of the problem. When my machine kept repeating the "startup" process, it was because my bulbs went out. The printer then would never get warm enough to melt the ink to begin printing, so it would just keep restarting, and restarting the warming up process. One way to tell is to take off the side cover. Then peer into the side and see if you see a bright light - which would be your bulbs. I have no idea though what to tell you about the screeching thing.

You have to buy descaling tablets from miele.  You turn the knob to program mode and keep pushing the enter button until you get to descaling.  You put two descaling tablets into your water reservoir and replace into unit.  Put containers under the steam valve and the hot water wand. Press enter.  Turn steam valve al the way on.  Keep an eye on the containers.  The process takes about 30 to 40 minutes.  The message will appear 'Descaling finished." Turn steam selector to O and press enter.  Display will read "rinse machine, fill watertank.  Fill tank and return to machine.  Place empty containers beneath hot water dispenser and steam nozzle again and turn steam selector fully on. Allow water to run through system completely.  When process is finished, display will read "Rinsing Finished."  Turn steam selector to O and press enter  Program selector is on Program Mode and display will read Descaling, Timrt, unit is no descaled and ready to use.  Turn program selector to on.

Failure to Warm Up

Failure to warm would suggest the fuser unit is failing and the machine is failing to reach the temperature that toner melts and fuses to the paper. The machine should display error 76 or 77.

Try this ONCE only!! till the after 99 bit. Hit menu, *,2,8,6,4 quickly if all the button flash and maintenance is displayed enter 99. Now if the error reoccurs you need to replace your fuser unit as it failed as opposed to just malfunctioned.

It will melt if there is a problem and you keep repeating this process. So please only once. If it takes you a few goes to get into maintenance modes its ok but the reset of 99 do only once.
