How to replace the belt on bissell healthy home vacumn

I think this is a terrible answer.. but after researching everywhere on how to change the belt, most answers were to look up the owners manual. So I looked it up online. this is all it has on changing the belt:
"Belt maintenance
The brush belt is designed to last the useful life of the cleaner when used according to all
instructions in the user guide under normal household conditions. If you feel that it needs to
be checked or replaced, call BISSELL Consumer Services or visit the website to locate an authorized service center. Do not attempt to disassemble the vacuum foot to change the belt."

What's the "Service" LED for

Page 6 of the manual states,
"The Service LED is a red light

that comes on when service

is required. Please call an

Aerus location to perform a

service check on the CentraLux

(including the hose, wand and
power nozzle system)."

If a rep comes to your home, there's no charge.

go to a vacuum service store, they can match it up, they have hundreds of belts. check your local phone book under "Vacuum cleaner parts and service"

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. It sounds to me that you may have a pump problem or the trigger assm or water release valve below the water holding tank is bad are the 3 things that I can think of for now.
