I brought a refurbished Cookie on ebay so I can't return it as I have no warranty with it. The screen keeps freezing and then will not switch off so I have to remove the battery and then when I try to turn it back on all I get is the LG symbol and thats it. It takes quite a few turns of removing the battery and turning it on again before I get it going again.

maybe your phone is overloaded with files. try to remove your memory card first. if the problem persist, you might consider flashing your phone.
