I have the same problem with model # lds4821ww. Seems the diaphram on the fan housing get dried out and causes it to leak down thru vent tube. Easy to repair just have to get part.
There is not a positive seal at the bottom of the door, but rather an overlap.
If water is coming out, look at machine level, water quantity, and incorrect soap as possible causes.
The bottom of the door is a passive water barrier that will not hold back soapy water, or excessive water, and is NOT designed to do so.
no part numbers in the manuals that I have for it, but the brackets are called "installation brackets", ad come with wood screws. The install manual is part no 3828dd3003e

check the level of the Dw per the instructions.. may need to raise the front up... If you take the front kick plate off( 2 screws) there are 2 white feet at the front... also phillips screws above(inset) that control the height of the back 2 feet. Manual tells you where to place the level.. for plumb levelling the manuals stated to put the level on the front side of the cabinet( where the door closes on to)... on the vertical side. Adjust the front feet down, or the back ones upward( need to watch to keep the side to side level when doing this too...
