Phone memory was lock , need security code which i forgot

12345 is the default.If you have changed and forgot the code your only answer is to contact mobile repairing shop.Good luck

Default security code is 12345
if you can not insert this code use *#7370# then insert 12345 to reset your phone, the setting will restore to factory setting
the other way to restore factory setting is by
Turns off the phone
Press simultaneously on the green/talk, 3 and* keys and hold the 3 keys.
Turn on your phone
Wait for the onscreen Format message then can release the three keys
This method may also work for Nokia phones that won't turn on.

Remove the battery and the memory card from the phone,check for corrupt files on the memory card with a scan on your PC- card reader. Remove and format if necessary. Reset battery and open menu settings to open link to restore to factory settings- now type 12345. If this wont work then you must reinstall the software. check with Nokia care.

A "soft reset" is triggered by pressing the *#7370# secret code while the phone is unlock and power on. This secret code will format N73 phone memory (all user data files are deleted) and restore settings to factory default (thus the lock code will be reset to 12345 again).

The default lock code is 12345.

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will provide you the default security code so that you can open your phone.

While you get the security code, device dealer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the security code

u might have activated the phone lock code, so go to phone settings and deactivate it, default code for nokia is 1234. if it still does'nt work try restoring factory settings.
