One question. Were you able to move apps to the sd card before?
When you go to settings, storage, does it show the external sd card? I want to explain something first. The sd card is an expandable storage card, but it won't store your apps. If you want to check it out just insert the old memory card in a computer and look for any apps. Smartphones usually comes equip with 2 types of storage:
1. Internal phone memory: which could range from 500mb. to 2gb. of storage. This will be by default the location where the apps would be saved.
2. Internal SD Card: this is an expand storage that is already in the smartphone. Notice that when you see an ad for the phone it usually advertise whether it is 4, 8 or 16gb. That is the internal SD storage.
The third option is the external micro sd card, which is the one you are having problem with.
In storage under settings, see if you have an option to mount the sd card, maybe it's not mounted. You can also clon or copy everything from the old sd card to the new sd card using a computer, and then try it again.

Mobicel Tango does not show mount sd card

Well for anything other than moving apps themselves, you can just set the specific app to save files to the SD card. Now if you are wanting to move apps to the SD card and have them run from there, you would need to do the following...

How to turn external SD card into internal storage on "Marshmallow".

NOTE: Please be sure you start with a blank SD card. It needs to be blank because when the card is converted to "Internal" storage, it will be formatted (wiped) and encoded (making the cards data only readable by that device).

1. Go to device "Settings", then select "Storage".
2. Select your "SD Card", then tap the "three-dot menu" (top-right), now select "Settings" from in there.
3. Now select "Format as internal", and then "Erase & Format".
4. Your SD Card will now be formatted as internal storage.
5. Reboot your phone.

NOTE: If you don't reboot the phone, many things may not work correctly, so make sure you do.

How do I move apps, pics, etc to SD card? Internal storage is full

For Android users, get the app Android Assistant and run it, use the Tools tab and choose the tool named "APP2SD" and choose an app from the list. When the app description appears, click on the STORAGE button and then click on CHANGE and click on SD to move the app from "Internal" to "SD card". Wait for the app to finish being moved, then back out to the list of apps that can still be moved to the SD card and do the next app. Be aware that when apps get updated, they will move back to the internal memory, so I usually check with APP2SD about once a week and move things as needed to my SD card. For space on my SD card, I chose a 128GB micro SD card and I've only filled it about 1/4th of the way over the past year. This is the safest way to move things because Android Assistant will only list the apps that can be safely moved to the SD card. Some built-in phone apps must stay on the phone's internal memory to keep working, and those cannot be moved and won't be shown by the APP2SD tool.
The Android Assistant also has a "Cache Clear" option on the Monitor tab that helps free up internal memory on your phone when you run it (cache clear). The app (Android Assistant) may tell you it needs access to stuff so it can clear the cache. Do what it says to give it access, then go back and tell it to clear cache and it will free up some more internal memory. Cache items will be refilled as and when each app gets used, so if memory runs short again, you might need to do this "as-needed".
I paid the cheap price for Android Assistant Pro so I wouldn't accidentally click on advertisements that pay for the free version. It find the app very helpful.
TIP: You can also set MANY apps to PUT their things directly to the SD card instead of internal memory! Yay! I did this with my camera app and it REALLY helps by having photos and videos sent directly to the SD card so I don't have to keep moving them around.

My phone acts like someone else is controlling it,won't download, won't open things, and is very slow, why?

Check the available memory, It might be too full of photos, videos, music and cache data from apps. Go to the apps settings and clear the caches, uninstall apps you don't use. If it is a removable SD card, take it out, put it in a computer, move ALL the files to a folder on your hard drive, Format the SD card, move all the contents of the saved folder back. This will save the files in an orderly manner, so if there was a lot of fragmented files the system had to jump all over the card to access (which takes a lot of CPU use) this should clean it. Also install & run a good anti-virus - I use AVG Free.

I installed a 32g sd card. how do I transfer apps to the sd card

This is done under application management. Do get too excited, however. Many, if not most apps will not allow you to load them onto the SD card. This is a problem with the apps themselves. They all want to reside in the phone memory, as it is easier to write the code for that. So, in most cases, the SD card may hold some data caches, but really, the SD card is mostly for your pictures and videos.

Says memory full put a new sd card in says thats full too cant move anything to sd card

If you look carefully, what usually occurs is that it is the internal memory that is getting full. It is very hard to fill an SD card unless you have a LOT of pictures and videos saved. Some apps are written to allow them to be moved to and run from the SD card, others allow their data to be stored there, but unfortunately, most still seem to insist that they run exclusively on internal memory. This prohibits the ability to free up internal memory and eventually results in your having to decide which apps are more important than others. Cleaning up the memory by deleting data caches helps, but until the phone manufacturers either increase internal memory or insist that apps writers take advantage of SD cards when available, this problem will continue to haunt us all.

The SD card you can use to put music on or pictures. You can't use it to save Apps or run apps. Apps and messages must be in the internal memory. And with 4Gb the internal memory is full before you know.

Why i cn't install apps on my sd card for galaxy

Try installing App 2 SD from Android Market. You should be able to move the installed apps to SD card using this application. Galaxy Mini comes with Froyo and hence you should be able to use this app and move possible apps to SD Card. Moving the app to SD card also depends on whether the developer has enabled the feature to move his app to SD card. App 2 SD will only be able to move the apps which have this feature enabled by developer to SD card.
Hope this helps.
