Download the software from the website and try to install it. If you stil have to problem run you antivirus software the rerun it or then the windows disk, if it is still missing  .

SOURCE: The file 'CNMLR.DLL on Canon MP150 Setup Disk is needed

The operating system has been corrupted by virus.You have to reformat the PC and re-install operating system which you use.
Only then your printer driver will work properly.
In this case your usable dada may be lost.
