Vacuum shuts off after running a few minutes. It is fully charged

Since no make or model was offered... Barbara Fay,

WILD-EYED SPECULATION is fully authorized...

It would be merciful to both of us... to post details with your question... the world is full of VACUUMS... Welcome...

but I'll offer some suggestions anyway...

Like... Perhaps the bag (if equipped) is also
fully charged...?

Some of the high end unit have pressure sensitive switches... a mere clog can cause a shut down...

Check the hose (if equipped)... for free flow

Likewise those missing ear-buds could be wrapped around the beater-brush (if equipped)

Hope any of this helps

Unit starts, moves a short distance (a couple inches), turns 90 degrees, moves a short distance, etc.

Fully charge the unit, then put him/her (C'mon, we all assign a gender to our roomba, don't be shy about admitting it) on the floor and press the "Clean" button three times. This resets him.

When do I know when my Shark cordless V2945Z is fully charged?

The light next to the power button will illuminate when the unit is charging and turns off once the charge is complete.

Should the red light on my 15.6v dustbuster turn green when it's fully charged? It doesn't.

I had the same issue, then i just found the manual, in charging part, it says:"The charging indicator will be lit as long as the
appliance is connected to the plugged-in
charger."
Also it says:"While charging, the charger may get warm, this is
perfectly normal and safe. It can remain on
charge indefinitely without damage or danger. It
is not possible to "overcharge" the battery cells
with the charger provided"

My Roomba start for about 2 second and quit ? Battery fully charge

The battery may be fully charged, but it sounds as if the service life of the battery is done. If you could measure the battery voltage from turn on to quit, it would likely go from full voltage to near zero almost instantly. If you know someone else with one of these machines, try swapping batteries for a check. Good luck!
