Telwin Leader 210 Start, Battery Charger/Starter. I need an English user manual please?

Question edited for clarity full 'maker model (what it is)'.
Question moved form Cellphones.

Are you sure it isn't a Leader 220? The 210 refers to an Arc Welder Power Supply.

Manual for the 220 is here, or ask the company

My telwin mig welder feeds the wire just no spark ..frustrating. .any ideas

Sounds like the pcb needs repairing or replacing it may not be giving out the voltage required to pull in the contactor or relay.

My welder feeds normal for the first 10 to 20 secs then struggles to feed wire. I have replaced feed tube and wire, adjusted tension both ways andput new tips, currently using .035 for.030 wire. I think it...

Depending on how old you machine is, its possible that the wire feed rollers are worn causing the wire to slip in the grooves. Replacing the WFRs may solve the problem. Test this by watching the feed rollers as you pull the torch trigger, place a gloved hand over the nozzle as the wire comes out and watch to see if the rollers slip on the wire when the wire meets the resistance of the glove. If it does that likely the problem. Hope this solves the problem.

Hello, I would like to purchase 3035 spool gun and attach it to my self made welder. Could somebody to tell me which power supply I have to provide for spool gun motor? DC voltage, amperage ? Can I use...

the spool gun is a 12volt motor, i usely hook it to the power feed for the feed motor in the welder. it is also 12 volt . i have heard of some welders that have 110 volt feed motors but have not seen one yet but just to be save i would test the power feed to the feed motor before i made the connection.

Have coby all in one new undercounter worked in house moved it to motor home. can,t get it to come on HELP HELP

If you are running it from the battery supply in your motor home, check the wiring is thick enough to supply the correct current for the TV.
I have had a lot of portable TV's with the same problem and it is caused by voltage drop in the wire feeding them from the battery.
The lower the voltage = the greater the current drawn = the greater the voltage drop in the feed wire.

Miller 130 XP wire feed quit working, fan runs....

Usually either the Power Supply to, or, the Motor drive circuitry. Or even the "Feed motor" itself.

Why dont u have TELWIN as a brand

Mainly because trying to get parts is like asking for free meals at the Waldorf, there is no such service. Buy a well supported product not something that is a rebadge of another product going out of business like GEC I prefer to buy tools that I know 10 years feom nhow parts will be available because they are world wide not just internet wide.

My welder just stopped welding. It's a Telwin 220 Mig. The fan is still running but there is no noise from the welder and the wire is not feeding. I had only used it for around 30 seconds before it...

your feeder may need adjusting or more commonly the tip has tacked itself on the edn cap
keep the line as straight as you can & keep feeder compartment clean!
keep plyers handy for when wire is stuck in the tip
if you need to replace wire spool or a brakage of the wire make sure the wire is free or BURRS b4 you put it in the tube or you will damage the tube!
