If your television is under warranty, have the manufacturer repair or replace it for you. If your TV has more than one HDMI port, you can use an HDMI splitter to connect multiple inputs to the one port. However, if you are confident in your soldering skills, you can repair broken HDMI port, so long as the damage is only to the connector and not to the printed circuit board to which the port is soldered.
The main tv Tuner signal board have problems and all those HDMI insert ports are shorted dead,those HDMI insert ports are put on by wave soldering machine and fused by iron core solders joints to the main tv Tuner board itself.These HDMI insert ports are not replaceable by hand soldering equipments or can buy those HDMI insert ports individually anyway.Tv still work wright?Yes? Why don't u just skips the used of those HDMI insert ports all together and tries used those RCA component cable connections like AV1 and AV2 on the tv.Or u must have some mechanicals skills and like take things aparts and putting back together again?Yes?Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish tv main Tuner signal board for the replacement to able to used those HDMI insert ports again.I have the same problems with my Samasung 46" all my HDMI insert ports are dead too,but the tv still functions.That what i did used RCA cable components connections for my cable box and blu Ray player.
The only solutions u can tries is to unplug tv,satellite receiver box and plug it back in like about an hour later for the tv to reset itself and the sattellite box receiver to reboot and upgrade it softwares.Than go into the tv Menu go into the video setting and reset the whole tv Tuner signal board.This solutions have great chance for all the HDMI inputs to work again.If not have the same problems,sorry than those HDMI ports on the tv Tuner signal board are shorted and dead.These HDMI ports are putting on by a wave soldering machine when they are put onto the board.These HDMI ports can't be replaced individually or buy parts for it,almost impossible to replaces parts by hand soldering equipments either.The only solution now only is to buy a whole refurbish tv Tuner for the replacement,if u have to have those HDMI inputs for your tv,can't used other inputs to handle ur tv need to functions the tv the way u wanted.U some mechanical skills,like can take thing aparts and putting it back together.Yes.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.
If you have only been using one cable it may need to be replaced or the HDMI port on the television may be broken. Check the port and make sure it is clean and if it still dose not work speak with a local tv repair shop
Might some how got that HDMI input port shorted?Tries tv unplug and that HDMI cable input it into another HDMI port,replug tv back about an hour later.So the tv resetting itself back to factory setting.Tv on goto tv menu,goto tv PICTURE SETTING going down to do resetting.This should resetting the whole tv Tuner signal board.These steps,should help ur tv HDMI ports functions again.
That HDMI port is shorted and dying.Just don't used that HDMI port.That the cheapest and easy way,just by pass that HDMI port.Other wise than u have to spend like $130 -150 to buy a whole refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.Because those HDMI ports,dosen't have any indiviual sell by itself as HDMI port as part.
U have HDMI ports,order HD from the cable or telicom compannies.Use a HDMI cable for the tv,also get HD channels.Do not have HDMI ports than ur Main signal board must replaced the Antena analog coaxial it broken.Well not able to buy the coaxial input for the antena along for part.
You could replace the HDMI port on the TV, it's no different than changing a USB port card in your computer. But, finding the replacementHDMI port card for your TV can be tough. Try shopjimmy.com for parts.
The HDMI input along with others is located on the a/v control panel of which would have to be replaced. I haven't seen an input jack yet with a part number attached for any model. I would suggest call a service center for a diagnosis.
