Re: green light on prjector PRM 35 will not stop blinking...
Open the case, and reseat the ribbon cable at both ends.
5 screws on the bottom and 3 screws inside the lamp housing to open the case. Be careful not to break the 2 plastic clips in the back.
Also check the micro switch on the lamp door is working correctly.

The Promethean PRM-35 is a projector, and it does not require any drivers to work with Windows 10.
To connect the PRM-35 to a Windows 10 computer, follow these steps:
Connect the projector to your computer using a VGA or HDMI cable.
Turn on the projector and set it to the correct input mode (VGA or HDMI).
On your computer, go to the "Display settings" and select "Extend desktop" or "Duplicate desktop".
Adjust the resolution and scaling settings to match the projector's native resolution.
Your computer's display should now appear on the projector.
If you are having trouble getting the projector to work with your computer, try using a different cable or input mode, and make sure the projector is set to the correct input.
Not what you want to hear but this error means the lamp did not ignite. The most common problems I have had with projectors has always been the lamp itself, so if you have another or know someone with a good lamp try that first.
I had a similar issue. I put a brand new bulb in. Turns out the little door covering the lamp access wasn't fully closed. So I reclosed it and the blinking was replaced by solid red. Works now.
It sounds like your lamp may need replacing. Before you go that route try all of these:
-Make sure the lamp cover on the bottom is fully attached.
-If you unplug the power cord while the fan is rotating, the lamp may not turn on about 1 minute when
you plug the power cord next time. After the status indicator stops blinking press the power button to turn it back on. May have to press it multiple times.
-If your Power Light continues to blink red/green then you should contact your dealer.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Out door compressor getting over heated. Check freon pressure. May be short of gas. If fan motor less rpm, replace capacitor. If condenser dust blocked,m clean it.
depends on how many times the orange light blinks
also when you replaced the lamp did you do a timer reset?
