Not quite two years ago I bought a new Maax "Jazz" (model#105359-055-001) free standing tub with the AEROFEEL air system (no pump, just air), and am just now installing it (health reasons). The air system doesn't work. The electronic components are: control panel/display; water detector switch; electronic box; cables/connectors; and the blower. The power supply is good but the display is blank. I talked to a tech at customer service and he thought the likely problem was a faulty detector switch ( the blue one). I guess they upgraded since then. Maax sent me a new one (the blue one) and I installed it. Used silicone caulk and got it set at the right height. The red indicator light was on so I presume it's functioning. I filled the tub up with hot water but the display is still blank. I even turned the tiny sensitivity adjustment screw back and forth but to no avail. How can I get this to work? Please Help!!! Tom 724-350-4296

This will tell you that the control board is bad. You will need to replace it. But before you do, make sure that the switch is telling the board to send the signal. Check to see if the board is getting the power required and that the poser is leaving the board.

Hi Thomas Yohe, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?
I need to know who made the controls on your tub. What is the brand name and is there a model number on it?
