It appears that the plastic clips that held the cuttlery basket in its tracks have broken/disappeared. Can they be replaced (they were at the front of the track) or do I have to replace the entire tray?

door panels are usually held on with press on plastic clips, you just have to pry off the panel. when prying off the panel sometimes the plastic clips break but you can find replacements at most auto parts stores.

It depends on make of washer, some do just slide in and are held in place with plastic lugs on the bars, others are secured from underneath the drum, as you do not state make of washer, I cannot enlighten you further.
Hi there........Rotary jets not sinning can be caused by....(a) something impeding their rotation..dishwasher air freshner hanging in incorrect place...(b).incorrect position of upper tray resulting in large plates impeding spray arm rotation...(c).cuttlery basket incorrectly placed or loaded with cuttlery impeding spray arm...(d) wash pump blocked or damaged impeller resulting in insufficient pressure to spray arms...

If you are handy, contact an appliance parts store that sells retail. You should find them in the yellow pages. Brand and model number will be needed usually on the inside edge of the door.
If you are unsure, Look in Repair and Service link at Fixya.com for a repair service in your area.
As far as I know you can not put the window back on the track.
I had my window lift system break on the passenger side. I had to replace the entire motor and regulator system. It is really simple once you get the door panel off, which is held on by 3 screws - all of which are hidden, one behind the window and door switch.
Anyway, there are 2 plastic clips that connect the window to the lift, they are very fragil and once broken the window will fall down into the door. I was told by 2 different auto shops that you can not get "only the clips", and have to replace the entire system.
Hope this helps.
one of the welds on your inner stainless steal tub may have broke causing the drop of your tub. The tub has a warranty on it but the labor to put it in is around 3hrs give or take any hour.
