Switch on your printer.
Press and hold the * key.
Press the # key and release both keys.
Display should say Enter Special Key Combo
Press and releasethe key in sequence 1, 2 and 3 buttons.

No display

Hi,
If power problem then check you power connector. If power ok or display problem then you follow instruction:-
> Check CPU power, proper coming or not.
> HDD on or running ok conduction, if HDD not detect proper then not display.
> Check RAM slot or RAM ok conduction.
> Disconnect all power supply and some movement wait then reconnect all section and power on.
I hope display coming.

No display but power on ram ok cmos battery ok cpu fan and cpu ok

first check ur display cable for breakr if you have built in display disable it in bios and and if you have addon display card remove them insrert a new addon diplay card if you have display the display section in you motherboard is faulty or diplay add on card is faulty if it still dont work the clock and reset section in your motherboard is fulty to find the at the above section if you have a multimeter check the pci slot A15 means the pci pins facing the processor must have 5v if this is ok your motherboard is ok and the problem is with your display card

Failure to print

Please follow the below steps.
STEP 1.
Please take out all the cartridges and clean the copper contacts with the help of a lint free cloth and the water.
STEP 2.
1. Un plug the power chord from the back of the printer.
2. Press and hold the power button of the printer.Wait for 30 seconds.
3. While holding the power button, re-plug the power cable.
4. Turn on the printer, if it is not on.
STEP 3.
Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions:

1) Press Red Eye Removal & Print Photos button simultaneously

2)Enter Special Key Combo is displayed on the screen.
Press and release in sequence "Red Eye Removal", "Print Photos", "Red Eye Removal"
Display should say "Support" and display the FW rev XXXXX.

3) Press Right Arrow button untill "Reset Menu" is displayed. Press OK.

4) Press Right arrow untill "Semifull Reset" is displayed.

5) Press OK.
Arter all these steps, if the issue still persists, please follow the below steps.

A. - Press and hold the “*” key.
B. - Press the “#” key and release both keys.
Display should say “Enter Special Key Combo”
C. - Press and release in sequence the “1”, “2” and “3” buttons.
Display should say “Support” and display the FW rev (something like R0631R)
Press and release the right arrow button until the display says “System Configuration Menu”.

Blank display no functions power ok

Not sure what you mean by "power OK",

If you have checked that the logic circuits are getting a clean 5 volts DC THEN the power is OK. This requires an oscilloscope AND a voltmeter.

USUALLY when a display shows characters like that it means the processor hasn't initialized the display. Most common problem is too low power supply that doesn't permit the processor to come out of reset.

Bad filter caps can cause the 5 volts to dip below 4.6 volts which would be minimum to operate. A voltmeter might still register near 5 volts but a scope will show the voltage dips.

No Beep No Display

motherboard problem motherboard can't display when switch on, the cpu fan faster no beeping . I had change power supply, but same.Check the keyboard LED,Not flash.I had remove the ram but can't hear beep. PC speaker ok conferm. Monitor display tested monitor its ok . But no comming display. Can you help me? How i can solve this problem?
