Most of the drivers are executables. Download, extract, and run setup. The setup may extract to a temp folder in c drive.

bluetooth require drivers and so if your laptop doesnt have appropriate drivers it wont work

Go to the device manager and see if the sound card is working there if not go to dell drivers and down losd new drivers

You need to know what chipset you have to get drivers for your usb. For your sound, go to control panel, system, select the hardware tab, then device manager. See if there is an exclamation mark there. You can see if the drivers are missing or corrupted and then see what sound card you have installed and then go from there to get the drvers off the internet
