My chrome cast screen is stuck showing the 100% sign with a circle moving around it
I got my Chromecast set up, gave it a name, and it began to load. When it got to 100% it appears to be stuck on the screen because when turned it on the next day, the 100% sign was still on with the rainbow circle moving around it. I took out the device, waited and plugged it back it, same problem. Turned off the TV, unplugged the device, waited and then turned on the TV and plugged in the device, same result. What should I do next?

if your tv have mirroring... To set up screen mirroring on your Smart TV, press the Input button, and choose Screen Mirroring on the display of your TV. An HDTV is not not normally set up for screenmirroring out of the box. You will need an AllShare Cast Wireless Hub as a bridge to connect your HDTV to yourphone.

To resolve this issue, launch the Chromecast app on your casting device, select the Chromecast name, and remove any special characters. Use Chromecast with your Chromebook

Before you set up
For Chromecast to work on your Chromebook, you'll need:
you need to setup chromecast on a pc. and connect through the wifi to to the cast. setup the cast for your wifi and i.e it will ask for the wifi code or the sink to be activated. then any device connected to your wifi will work the cast. you do need a google account to log the cast. your device will need the chrome cast app installed for it to work as well
Is the chrome cast setup correctly? If yes, then make sure they're in the same wifi network. Other wise you can try unplug and plug chrome cast and reboot the wifi to see if that fixes it.
Load the chromecast app on your phone first. You need to run it to get the device to connect with your network. Run the app. You will get a code on the screen of the TV. The app will ask if the code it is showing matches the one on the TV. Once this is done you can now select the little box (chromecast icon) and then pick your device.
