First try restarting your computer after you install those drivers.
If that does not work, then i would suggest trying to re-install the drivers, followed by a restart.
If that does not work, check the drivers version on lenovo's website and double check that you have the correct version for your operating system.
If they are still not working after that, then I would search for another driver site or contact lenovo directly.
