Sounds like the washer in the shutoff at the wall has failed and is partially blocking the fill pipe. Some rubber from it may have gotten into the toilet valve internally. With the wall valve closed, try to remove the connection pipe to the toilet. If you can do it without water continuing to flow out of the wall shut off...then remove the pipe from the wall shut off. Flush the toilet. Now, apply air pressure to the rubber hose the goes into the overflow pipe. That may clear the valve in the tank and solve both problems. If you cannot stop the water at the wall shut off, close the water valve feeding the house. Remove static water pressure by opening the cold water a the kitchen sink faucet. Now you can open the wall shutoff valve and replace the washer and clean it out....

Loose seat,piece missing or broken

Hello, I experienced similar symptoms with my Neorest 600. Do not call a plumber, they cannot fix!

I recommend calling Toto! Their support people will take the time to help you [this is what the experienced Toto plumber did that I hired :' ]

I had a leak too and ended up sending the whole electronics & seat in for repair. These one piece units do not require a plumber. Lo [Toto technical support] gave directions that I, a 60 year old woman who normally does not disassemble such an item was able to perform!

I realize some may not like my post to turn it to the manufacturer, but in this case it was the best solution for my fix.

Call first, get a case number and support person. Then they work quickly via email with you. This was my only toliet :' So i was with out a toilet during this period. Toto worked quickly to get my toilet back to me! The shipping time is what took the longest. Take a photo of the problem and you will be able to submit for your case via online.

Hope this helps! And hope your fix they will be able to send parts for so you are able to fix!

My excellent contact.

After automatic flush, water continuously runs into bowl. The water is coming from the upper bowl above the wand area.

i would think the syphon is not closing after the flush, so as the cistern fills it just runs straight into the pan. you'll need to replace the syphon...

Increasing water in bowl

You really can't because of the design. Any water above the level now will drain off. Sorry
