Router/accesspoint channel conflict

Did you use Epson genuine cartridges, or third party cartridges?
if you used genuine, carefully clean the gold contacts on the printer that mate with the contacts on the carts.
if non- genuine, they 3rd party manufacturer may not be providing compatible codes to the printer. Send them back for refund.

Make sure that you set your router to give the same ip address to your printer. If not, then the router may assign a different ip address to the printer, and your driver will not find the printer at the address it had when you installed the driver.

Go to a webpage file in the top left hand screen, once there click page preview then hit print once in the print preview and finally hit the properties button to see the ink levels.

you have to pull out scanner unit upward. you can see all four cartridges. now you can change cartridges.

Just go on google and visit the Epson website and search for the name and model of your product. You will probably get to download the drivers
