Oh fun fun! When you start the board, enter the BIOS and see what model it is from. Usually on the big DELL screen (post) it will say "dimension" and etc at the bottom. jot that down and search support.dell.com for drivers. If all else fails, Enter the bios and look for the service tag. jot that tag down, then visit dell website, and search for that service tag. that should get you where you want to be.

Sounds like you broke the volume control knob for your speakers (Likely A215s)
Best bet, new pair of speakers as they don't sell replacement parts for the speakers themselves
