Here's a guide;
What do the battery lights mean on my mouse?
Some keyboard and mouse models feature a battery light that shows the current status of the batteries. The following table describes the different lights and states.

Batteries are good. This occurs when batteries are first installed or every time that the device is turned on.
Slow green blink

Steady green
Presenter Mouse (Japanese version)
Laser pointer is on.
Red/green blink
Wireless
Device is discoverable (trying to connect to the transceiver).
Slow red blink
Non-rechargeable
Batteries are low and need to be replaced.
Slow red blink
Rechargeable

Fast red blink
Rechargeable
Device is docked in the charging station, but there is a charging error. Reasons for errors: The wrong type of battery is installed; the battery or batteries are missing; or the battery connection is bad. Solutions: Make sure that the correct battery or batteries are installed, and are installed correctly. If necessary, remove the batteries, wipe them with a clean cloth, and reinsert them.
Steady red
Presenter Mouse (Standard version)
Laser pointer is on.
Does the front light stays green ? Or goes back to red ? The back-light going on/off maybe the problem, but it shoul return with a red blinking led (4 times ?) and if so it can be a power inverter problem.
Sounds like a startup self test. All wireless devices go through a power on self test. Does it connect? You can connect to it and go online? I rarely turn mine off, only in a electrical storm.
The steady lower light indicates the unit needs a new toner cartridge, MLT-D108S. Did you previously see this light blinking or blinking rapidly? (Those indicate the toner being low.) Replace the cartridge and check for any other error lights. Turn off the machine and let it cool. Then open the front cover and pull the old toner cartridge. Open the package with the new cartridge, remove the packing tape and paper that protects the cartridge and gently shake it (avoid touching the blue or green parts of the OPC drum). Press the cartridge into the slot until it is fully seated. Close the front cover.
The green/red blinking power light is not one I'm seen before. The printer indicates a non-toner failure (open cover, no paper, LSU failure, etc.) with a steady red light.
not a solution but i have a 50gx30b doing something similar, no picture no sound, 3 green leds are lit up on the main board and then one red led lit up also on main board, front panel red led stays on for about 30 -50 seconds and then it all shuts off, I then have to unplug and replug to get the same results.
Is the projector receiving a source signal? if not it will power itself down after whatever time you have it set to do so when no signal is present. Just an idea?
According to the manual, the red light comes on while charging when the battery does not yet have enough charge to sustain a 3-5 minute shave. The green light stays on steady while the razor is charging, and blinks when it is fully charged. If your battery life is short, they might need to be changed.
What light do you get, green blinking, red blinking, yellow steady light or yellow blinking light. The led lights will tell what is wrong with your tv.
