The tempeture controll will not respond to reducing the tempeture. It will respond to increases but not decreases

Sadly the company is out of business and parts are unavailable. If you are handy with electronics you may be able to remove the button panel and unstick the affected button, or replace it with a new microswitch.

Error 4 message, won't turn on

Error 4 is a stuck button. You try using a hairdryer on the panel and the some ice. The expansion and contraction may cause the button to unstick itself. You might be able to remove the panel and manually unstick the button.

I have a frigidaire dryer that it run few minutes and then stop.the scren shows E68 error code. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

E68 is a stuck button check all of the buttons if you can't unstick you will have to replace contol.
Be sure to unplug your dryer before starting any work on it.
You can replace it, just remove the top and then the screws holding the panel, slide to one side and lift out, lay it on a table or on top of the dryer and swap the panel. Good Luck, I hope this helps

A = Function pad button stuck or 
B = Bad clock Unstick button or
Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC)

Replace the ERC there are ten screws 3 on each side and 4 on the control leave the hex screws alone all you need is a phillip screwdriver.
REMEMBER TO SHUT OFF THE POWER FIRST lift and fold out the control panel remove the ribbon cable and remove the four screws that hold the control board . replace control panel in reverse order.

A = Function pad button stuck or 
B = Bad clock Unstick button or
Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC)
(you can check them using a multimeter)

Replace the ERC there are ten screws 3 on each side and 4 on the control leave the hex screws alone all you need is a phillip screwdriver.
