If the hole is small you can seal it with epoxy putty. Clean and abrade the area and after mixing the putty make sure it is pushed well into the hole and if possible smoothed over on the underside. Two types that will work.

you try using plastic epoxy something like link below http://www.homedepot.com/buy/paint/adhesives-tape/0-85-fl-oz-plastic-epoxy-loctite-54207.html make sure u drain radiator and lightly sand area on radiator to allow epoxy to stick better
Nelson does not sell it. You have to buy a arm kit for $15.00. Buy some 5 minute J-B Weld epoxy available at any parts house or hardware store. Mix some up & stick the tube in to it 4-5 times til you think it is at least 3/8 in deep in the end. Wipe off the outside & let it dry. Find a drill bit that just slides into the other arm that still has a tip. Drill a hole in the epoxy to match. That should solve the problem for 2 bucks. While you still have wet epoxy you may want to smear a little on the remaining tip to adhere it to the tube so it doesn't blow out next. Good luck.
The Attachment Hub Cap is designed to fit tight onto the Motor Housing.
But if yours does not stay, there is a permanent solution for it.
Take a trip to Home Depot or Ace hardware and buy the J-B Industro Weld Compound (Not the 5 minute type). Mix an equal amount from both tubes (Black and Red). Use a Q-Tip and apply a thin layer of the mixture around the rims of the cap and install it.
Wipe off any excess epoxy.
Use a strip of duct tape to hold it in place (to prevent it from falling back out).
Allow the epoxy to dry overnight or at least for 8 hours. The Cap is now permanently attached to the the mixer.
You remove any roof handles, the sun visors, the
overhead console & pull down the head liner
6" or so Just on one side
You will see the front 2 drain hoses
Not the back 2
My Lincoln LS either wasn't on all the way
or no play in the tube & my pass side floor
got wet.
After you put the hose on , squirt some water in the hose,
then if you have an air hose (compressor) blow it thru.
You may have to remove the inside windshield A Pillar
Cover to pull some slack on the hose
yep! Go to your local hardware store and get some JB WELD it's tough as nails and will fix just about anything. Its a 2 part epoxy. Squeeze equal parts from each tube onto a paper plate and mix them together really thoroughly with a toothpick and apply.
You might try to use some JB Weld to fix it. It is a two part epoxy you can buy at places like Lowe's or Home depot. There are two tubes and you mix them together in equal parts and then you can apply it to the crack. It drys hard. Make sure your area is clean and dry before applying it or it will not stick.
Use JB WELD, this is a super strength epoxy you can get at your local hardware store. How does it work?
J-B WELD is packaged in two tubes. One contains liquid steel/epoxy resin, and the other contains
hardener. When mixed together in equal portions, a chemical reaction occurs that turns the mixture
into a compound as hard and tough as steel -- and with similar properties.
WITHOUT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT AND WHERE THE BREAK IS, HERE IS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION. EPOXY IS AN EXTREAMLY GOOD BONDING AGENT FOR PUTTING TWO PIECES BACK TOGTHER, SECURELY. AN EPOXY PRODUCT CALLED "J-B WELD" WHICH COMES IN TWO [2] SMALL TUBES BOUGHT LOCALLY AT HARDWARE STORES CAN BE USED TO BOND THE TWO BROKEN PIECES BACK TOGETHER...FOREVER. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR MIXING, APPLY TO PIECES, CLAMP TOGETHER PIECES AND LET LET OVERNIGHT. WIPE OFF/CLEAN EXCESS EPOXY BEFORE IT SETS UP. THE NEXT DAY, DRESS UP THE AREA AS NEEDED FOR LOOKS AND OR FUNCTION. HOPE THIS HELPS.
I solved this problem Friday night and I have to give credit to a Blogger who suggested buying JB Weld to re-connect the center ring. I cannot find that blog again but if you are out there, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Here is what I did in more detail and I hope it helps you:
1. JB Weld is and epoxy sold at Home Depot. Go buy it for $5.00 2. Get a piece of tin foil and place the equivalent of 1 drop from each tube onto the foil. The product is activated by mixing the 2 drops together. I mixed this this with a wooden toothpick. 3. Put the outer ring in place on the camera and be sure to line it up correctly. Practice this several times if you have any doubts. Also practice dropping the center ring into place wtih the appropriate alignment before you apply the epoxy! If you do not have a steady hand find someone who does and let them do this for you. 4. After you mix the 2 drops together with the toothpick, apply just enough to the 4 anchoring post on the center piece to cover the tip of the post. This is a very small amount and had be questioning whether it would be enough. It was perfect. I did not apply any to the center post. Not sure if this was something that would be okay. 5. With the epoxy on the tips of the post, carefully drop the center ring in place (play/pause button should be straight up). Make sure that it is in place and put a heavy book on it for 24 hours. I used a Websters Dictionary. 6. Remove the book and it should work for you.
