Cannot log into phone its asking for a email and password

Simple click forgot password it will ask your email address and send you your password via email

Contact the support, they will ask you to send them you ID.

1. You tell them that you don't have accese to your email (old)
2. If you have Phone verification (tell it)
3. After 8-12h you get a email from the support, they will ask a acreditation like ID or Driveing license

everything else you will get from the FB support

You need to reset your password ,Open website and click on "forgot password" then enter mobile number and get verification code and enter verification and get password reset link on you recovery id .

I'm not positive what you're asking. Your Facebook account will be tied to the email address or phone number you used to sign up with. You can log on from any phone or computer if you know your email address. Just click on the forgot password function if you don't remember it.

hello yes im afraid this is an ongoing problem with facebook at the moment a breech of your security details is most at fault here with alot of hackers out there its no wonder ,this happened to myself also only a couple of weeks ago the only solution as i tried the same method ,would be to register a new account ,you can try reseting your password there are options to receive activation code by email or by phone ,use the phone code ,you will also need to register a new email address i hope this helps you some all the best goodluck

Welcome to Fixya. If you need a new password all you need to do is go to facebook login page and click on forgot password? it will ask you to enter your email or phone number. After you enter the credentials open your email for your password.

you can reset you password by visiting

1- Enter your email where it says "Option 1"
2-Click Search button
3- you'll be asked to enter two words for the security check
4-after that an email will be sent to you in order to reset your password
