I've got an iPhone mobile which is reconized by windows as MT6225....the original apple software doesn't work for my phone...Can somebody help me? i need a software which have to let me adding oroginal applications....PLEASe help me. Thanks.

hello,ensure you are not clicking on the key wrongly,i would advice you put the phone off and on back to see if the problem stops.if it doesn't i would also advice you ensure you close any application you are not making use of.it could also be as a result of accumulated opening of applications. if that does not stop the problem,i would suggest you get the phone flashed by a mobile phone authorized repair engineer around you.

To do an emergency restart of the iphone, press and hold down both the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time.

If your iphone still hangs when starting and will not be recognized in iTunes then follow these steps:

Make sure the device is off before attempting this!

1. Press and hold down the Home button for about 10 seconds until a yellow triangle with a text which says Please Connect to iTunes appears.
   
2. Plug the iPhone into Mac or Windows PC. Release the button if you haven’t.
3. Run and open iTunes if it’s not already opened yet.
4. iTunes will prompt a message that says iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. Click OK.
5. You will be taken to the iPhone pane. Then, click on Restore.
6. Wait for the full restoration process to complete, and the iPhone will be back to the original settings state as when it left the manufacturing factory, typically a working phone again if you face any problem, unless it’s hardware related.

Turn the iphone off, hold the menu button, now plug in the usb cord that is connected to the computer. Keep holding the menu button until a dock connector appears on the screen. You're now in recovery mode and should be able to restore your iPhone. If that doesn't work you may have a broken logic board. Here is an iPhone Repair Guide that shows how to open an iPhone. Method 1. Manually Update the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to computer and wait for some time until the device is recognised.
Step 2. Right-click "Computer", Go to "Device Manager". Then expand category "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and locate "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver".

Step 3. Right-click "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" and click "Update Driver Software". On the pop-out window, choose "Browse my computer for driver software".

Step 4. Choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" and click "Next".

Step 5. On "Update Driver Software - Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" box, click "Have disk". However, if this button is not available on this box; click a device category like "Mobile Phone" or "Storage Device" in case if that is what you see.

Step 6. Click "Browse".

Step 7. Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers". Then double-click the usbaapl file. If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, this file will be called usbaapl64. If you don't see usbaapl64 here or if there isn't a Drivers folder, look in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers".

Step 8. On the "Install Disk" window, click "OK".
Step 9. Click "Next" and after this, Windows will assist you with the driver update.
Now, you are ready to go. Open iTunes to check if it recognizes your iPhone

It doesn't change automatically you have to change it by updating your iphones software. to go back you need to restore it using itunes.
