you need to select the option 'add a device'

select bluetooth as the medium and it will as for a passcode, you just need to enter a 2 or more digit number and enter the same on the mobile....
its how pairing of your lap and mobile happens...
(its not some code you don't know its just used for authenticating the mobile or laptop using correctly entered passcode which you select)

you need usb bluetooth adapter

Go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
The paired devices will be shown.
Delete paired device or unpair device .
This should solve the issue .

Since the mobile is paired with the Bluetooth speaker every time a call comes in the phone automatically connects to the Bluetooth speaker.

Switching off the Bluetooth speaker may also work.

Fixed this problem finally. This solution is for Vista. It's quite a process getting them connected! Make sure you've paired the speakers and that went fine. Turn the speakers on. Click the bluetooth icon in the Task Manager. Click on the "Bluetooth Settings" tab from the menu. A dialogue box called Bluetooth Radio Properties opens. Click the Audio tab. If you've paired your speakers right you should see them in the list. Highlight them and click the "Connect" button. The speakers should then connect. Make sure they are set as the default device (use the Volume Mixer from the Task manager to do this) and you should be right as rain.

Push and hold both vol(+) and vol (-) at the same time for approx 2 secs. The headset will falsh green and red lights. Get your phone to search for bluetooth devices. It should find the headset. Enter pairing code 1234 in phone. Done
