You can use forgot password option in the IPad where your twitter account is not working properly.

You cannot transfer a password. Each device has its own password. If it was possible to transfer a password, any stranger from another device could transfer their own password to your ipad, then you would be locked out of your own personal ipad.
This is a very hard question to answer without me actually being there to see how it is configured at the moment. If you go into settings, email, calendars, etc, look to see if your password is configured correctly. iOS email is not hard to troubleshoot, but one must be there to see how it is configured now. Tell me this, is this a password issue? Do you need to change your email password? If you have an external email account that is added to the iPad, the password that you configured on your external account is the password you have to use on your iPad. No password, no access. You seem to need to 'Restore iPad' through iTunes (connect iPad to computer and open iTunes, you need internet connection to download system). All data will be lost through a restore, unless you back up (but without password you probably don't access the data anyway...).
If you changed your password in the FB app, you will also need to change the native iOS/Auth module in setting on the iPad. Once you do this, you should sync up. See the image to see where to do this
I've seen this happen with mobile devices sometimes, do you have any special characters? Make sure you're putting each character of your password in correctly. If you're certain that you are, log back in to your laptop and change your Exchange password to something simple like Password123. Wait about 20 minutes (it can take time for the password change to take effect across the domain) and try logging in with this new password. If it works, it was the password. If not, the issue may be on the iPad.
If that's the case, try removing the account from your iPad and re-adding your Exchange account. Hope this helps.
