Hi. i have a problem.I bought a new alarm beret 2 way 5000m and setup on my motorcycle. Alarm is working. Then i did switch to silent mode and now back to normal mode does not. Alarm always work silent mode. I did remove and reinstall the battery cable. But alarm still silent mode. shows that in the remote control in normal mode. How do I reset the alarm ? 1 month was yet to begin to use. maybe the siren is broken ?

It sounds like your alarm was put in silent mode. You can check your alarm user book to reset your alarm mode. Also you can google your alarm model and it should direct you to a DYI alarm reset videos. GL

These Alarms are so very fickle. If the Alarm lasted a year, then you are out of warranty and I have removed more than my fair share of Alarm's. As the Vehicle owner, you need to realize that your problem is quite common and you should be grateful it has not complete immobilized your bike. My Recommendation is... Remove it and return it to Stock or spend the money and get a higher quality alarm with a great reputation. Don't truck the Install Shop, they get tied to one brand, find the Alarm that meets YOUR NEEDS...

I cant seem to figure the button function out. please can you help me. it works but atm on silent how do I get it out of silent mode. please help thanks

The only reason that your alarm would not chirp when locking and unlocking the doors is that the system is in valet. A visual notification that the alarm is in valet mode is the LED light is on solid. If the LED is on solid and you wish to make the alarm active again, turn the ignition on then, press and hold the valet/programming switch for two seconds. The LED light will turn off.
If the LED light is not on solid then, the issue may be with siren itself.

Go to settings> sounds> New Mail> off

go to profile activate silent mode in the settings alarm mode vibrating

it is probably too late

It is not possible to sound alarm in vibrate mode, but by going into master volume and setting it to sound alarm only, the alarm sounds in silent mode.

Hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together on your remote. That switches the alarm from SILENT to NOISE mode and wiseversa.
