To unlock the OSD (onscreen display control), turn off the monitor and then press and hold the Menu button on the monitor. Then press the power button to turn the monitor back on. Do not release the Menu button before pressing the power button. This same step (holding the Menu button and then pressing the power button) enables the OSD lock. The menu button is the top button on the right side of the monitor (on the bezel). The power button is the bottom button of the group. Please try to Turn the monitor off. Hold down the Menu button while the monitor is turned off, then press the Power button again to turn the monitor back on. This should unlock your OSD menu. best regards

this should work for AOC monitors
turn off monitor
hold menu and power button together for 10 seconds
turn back on
osd unlocked

The TV is locked.. The message is Bottom Locked.

The OSD can be enabled or disabled by pressing and holding the Menu button on the front panel for 10 seconds. If the OSD is locked, the warning message OSD Lock is displayed. If the OSD is locked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to unlock the OSD.

Hi there - I read in another forum to use the left button instead of menu. Give it a try - power off and hold left button while powering on.
