hi Anonymous. You might want to try a hard reset. There are anecdotes on this thread How to fix black and unresponsive iPhone screen 5S describing the same things, including Siri being clueless. screen suddenly blank.
-With general selected, tap Siri
-Tap Siri switch to turn feature on or off
-When prompted to enable Siri or disable Siri, tap preferred option
-Siri is now enabled or disabled
Tap on Voice Feedback to choose whether Siri always talks back to you, or only when in Handsfree mode.
Tap **My Info* to select your Contact card so Siri knows who you are, what your numbers are, and what your locations are. This lets you say things like "Call home." or "Give me directions to work."
Toggle Raise to Speak to have Siri pop up whenever you bring your iPhone to your ear, and you're not on a call. This may drain your battery faster than if it were disabled.
Never happened to me, but try reseting the phone. You do this by turning the phone off and then back on again but hold the home button while turning it back on. If this doesn't work, you might have to take your phone to a repair center.
Restore it by holding down home key and top button until apple returns to screen. If that doesn't work back it up and restore it as new. Don't turn spotlight or Siri settings on ever, wastes data and tracks your cell
you need to open phone and remove motherboard away from the battery and when phone back on do a reset with the home volume down button and power. and put back on original apple software siri app has low level control but also has high level control apple software only allows it to use low low level. jailbreak phone allows both and this is why your phone is dead. doing this can work but its 50-50. as the app and others can do damage if it changes the volts to the processor. if it has you will need another motherboard.
any display in the corners of channel number av etc ?? if you turn the volume up and down does that show on the display if not likely to be a dead panel
