Several suggestions:
Put 7130 on table face down.
Grab sides of BB with thumb and middle finger of one hand at the bottom of the cover where it has the larger part.

with other hand, use index finder to push down the locking button while shifting with the first hand.
Or:
attach a four inch lenth of scotch tape on the battery cover with the loose end hanging off the bottom to use as a pull tab.

Then use a finger nail to depress the release button just a slight amount. It's important to press down on the top edge of the button. Also it is very important not to press to hard because the amount of downward movement to release it is very small. If you press it down too far it binds and prevents the latch from releasing.

The key is to use the pull tab you made from tape to slide the cover off once you have released the latch.

or:
1. Take a letter opener or a flat head screw driver and push down on the top portion of the tab. The tab is located on the back side of the phone at the bottom.
2. Don't push down to hard
3. While pushing down use your free hands thumb to push down and slide the cover off the bottom of the phone.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Hi ,i have s type jaguar. my battery gone flat and i cannot openthe booth at the back ,manualy or by electric. how to open the booth please ..help?

You can use one of the plugs that go into the power point/cigarette lighter. Cut the end off add wire to reach a good 12 volt battery. Plug it in. This should give you power to open the boot with the switch.

We need to chage the battery in our 2006 corvette key fob. How do you open it?

There should be a slot on one end that you can put a penny into or something similar, and it should pop open.

After changing the battery nothing can be changed, no function possible and"open" remains written on the display, the type of the battery is clt 1616

The battery is CTL 1616 and I had the same occurance when I opened up my model Casio model 3043. I needed to use the battery to test my model 2767 and find out if a new battery would bring it back to life (yes, it still lives). After replacing the battey back into my 3043, I jumped the (ac) to (-) and at first the watch would indicate all was well but then it would revert back to "open". I tried over and over to try and get the "open" display to clear but I was not successful. I then thought to go ahead and replace the back on the case to see if the three contact springs would change the display and sure enough, "open" no longer was in the display. The watch works perfectly as before. As for the 2767, as soon as I jumped the (ac) to (-) the "open" display went away. There is only one spring contact to the back case on the 2767 model. Unfortunately I do have an extra spring that fell out when I opened it up and I have no clue as to where it goes. I have not found anyone who can help me on the location for the shorter spring. Any advice would be most helpful.

Battery....can I get a battery replacement anywhere?

Most Skagen watches have a snap-in, snap-out back. You will need a tool to open the back such as a slotted jeweler's screwdriver or knife blade to pry it open. Be careful opening the back as the battery may pop out. Examine and make note of which side of the battery is up. Get the number off the battery, or take the battery with you to Wal-Mart, Radio Shack or anywere else they sell batteries. Buy a replacement, install it, and try to reinstall the back. You may even consider taking the watch with you to the above retailers...some of them are willing and able to change the battery for you.
