The dealer or a parts store (if they can order it) would know the necessary rating of the fusible link-the color code may also tell the correct amperage and gauge. If possible, might help if you take it with you when ordering a new one. Fusible links are cut out and replaced.
You don't required to search for the wiring diaghram. These are standard in the wiring harness from the manufacturer. You need to look for the socket which may folded inside the console in front of you. Fix the audio in position and connect the cable socket for your new audio.
The unconditional illumination of the Airbag Warning Light is mainly a result of movement or displacement of the Side Impact Wiring Harness and/or Side Impact Wiring Harness Connector which connects to the Adjustable Seat Cushion Assembly. It is very risky to drive a car with the light illuminated because this light is practically not a alert or System Failure but it tells the user that driving the car is dangerous as if a crash situation happens, the air bags will not come up and adding to the user's insecurity level in the car. Take it to a mechanic or a Authorized Dealer to get the Connector and Harness Assembly checked so that no loose connection is there.

Forget it...go to a car stereo installation shop and buy a wiring harness for your car ($20-40) and you're done! Good Luck P.S. might as well buy a dash kit ($30) to make installing the radio simpler as well...if you DON'T have a car stereo shop nearby, order parts from crutchfield.com
Here is a Utube video for you for the wire hookups! http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/video/how-to-install-a-trailer-wiring-harness-on-a-hyundai-sonata-164439/
