To anyone with a Dell V105 printer and wanting to get it to work on Mac OS X 10.9.1. Dell's V105 printer is a Lexmark X2600 series printer. I suspect it's specifically a Lexmark X2650 Scanner/Printer. Download from Apple's support website the Lexmark printer drivers. Install and select "Lexmark 2600 Series" from the Scanners Printers in system preferences. I have not found a way to scan yet. But this got me printing.

the Dell 1600n is indeed a re-branded Xerox PE120. I did a search on
that model and "OS X" and found the appropriate driver on the Xerox
website. Loaded it and it works like a charm.
