What other info on the screen all paper draws displayed? What is listed on the job list screen?

No picture or do u have a blue (or some other color) screen? And the blinking red light, is that the indicator light down by the power button that is blinking? I have the same tv and very similar problem, i have a blue screen and the red indicator light is blinking. If you have gotten ur problem fixed I would love to know how, or vise versa if I get mine fixed.

It is rear projection TV that use 3 picture tubes of red-green-blue to show color picture on tv front screen.
Do you see standby red light blinking when TV shuts off after showing blue image for a while?
If red standby light is blinking, please count it how many times it blinks, there would be 3 seconds pause between blinks so count pause to pause and post it here to find out possible solution.

Googled until I found others with same problem with this particiular camera - then researched the proper address to send the camera to for repair - after calling to make sure they would still repair the camera.

Do not use component video. Test S video or 3 rca's red black and yellow(video) , see if they work! you need all 3 inputs on component video, sounds like you may have the colors mixed, check all color coding slowly. Sometimes the comp video out can be too strong, try using a splitter , reduces signal by 3 db, try 2 then 3 in line. This is only a test. keep in touch...

Boot from safe mode and try a different pixel/color arrangement. Obviously a lower pixel and color setting.

The blinking 5 times is an error code meaning that the white balance has a failure. And because you are experiencing a blueish screen then your problem lies in the circuit of the blue picture tube or possibly the blue tube itself is starting to go bad.
