Hello and hope u can help me since Lorex is not in any way so here we go I just bought a Lorex LZC7091B dome camera with PTZ My DVR is a new Lorex 4 channel Eco blackbox 2 I live in Minnesota and mounted the camera according to the instructions now when it's first powered up with the DVR it goes through somekind of test then when I go into my settings on the DVR to rotate and pan and zoom I have nothing but I do have a clear picture on the channel the camera is on now I've went into the settings and and made sure it's not on motion dection mode now the baud rate is 2400 the cruise is enabled and I'm stuck and the manual is worthless just like Lorex customer service I was on hold for I'm not kidding 1 hour 45 minutes then they answer then play like they don't hear u and hang up nice but not hope u can shed some light on this cause I'm at a crossroads and my fingers almost were frostbitten over this delema it's a balmy - 20 to 40 below zero and it's been that way for over 60 days it's crazy guess I wasn't to smart should have tested it in the house then mounted it but please help thank you from pony boy !!

if there is no display even though the camera works then this may be a problem with the display hardware.
