2004 and up models do not have a mall pgm fuse. You'll need to take it to a GM dealer to program the remote. What is the problem you are having ?

PGM-FI Main Relay

This relay is located behind the dashboard's lower cover. It consists of two individual relays. One is energized whenever the ignition is ON , thus supplying battery voltage to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). This relay also supplies voltage to the fuel injectors, and power to the second relay. The second relay is energized for two seconds, when the engine is turned ON , to power the fuel pump.

Testing
If the engine starts and continues to run, the PGM-FI relay is working and does not need to be replaced.

1. Remove the relay.
2. Apply battery voltage to the number three terminal.
3. Ground the number two terminal.
4. Check for continuity between terminals five and two.
5. If continuity is detected, proceed to the step 7.
6. If there is no continuity, replace the relay.
7. Connect the number four terminal to the positive side of the battery.
8. Ground the number two terminal of the relay.
9. Check for continuity between the number five terminal and the number two terminal of the relay.
10. If there is continuity, the relay checks out "OK". If the fuel pump still does not work, test the harness.
11. If there is no continuity, replace the relay and retest.

pgm wired how do i fix this?

sounds like the fuel pump relay is stuck on. find the relay and replace it. hope this helps mike

move the pgm key to pgm mode 3 subtotal 125 subtotal ( tax table) rate tax and subtotal beginning  level tax ejemplo : for ten cent = 10  and subtotal 5002 subtotal subtotal.

pgm 2 = words
pgm 3 = settings for functions +plus

Turn system off. On remote press the MEM/PGM button. The hour will blink. Use the tuning buttons on either the remote or system to advance or reverse the hour. Press the MEM/PGM button again to make minutes start to blink. Again, use tuning buttons to advance or reverse as needed. Press PGM/MEM button one last time to finish the process.

Really, could this be any less intuitive?
