Displays no yellow toner in the catride even after putting toner

is their toner in the new cartridge installed? if not you have to refill the magenta cartridge and do the calibration of the printer

Make sure the toner you purchased is genuine.
Also make sure that the printer region and the toner region it matches( the samsung manufacture the detection chips of the toner and printer region wise)Contact Samsung call center and ask them for how to clear the memory and select the correct country of your location.
If you have refilled the toner it may not work properly. you need to contact refiller to get compatible chip.

This error comes up when the printer detects that the toner of particular color is missing. This indicated that the indicated color toner is missing from the printer(eg-- C = Cyan, Y = Yellow, M = Magenta, K = Black).

C5150 may face a toner sensor error after installing used sets of toner cartridges and sometimes even after installing new toner cartridges as well. This error can be bypassed. This can be disabled by following these steps---

1. Turn machine on while pushing and holding the (+/-), menu buttons at same time.
2. Menu window will show OKI USER.
3. Scroll to Engine Dialog Mode is indicated Push Enter button.
4. Diagnostic Mode xx xx xx S Mode is indicated.
5. ( = 2 ) . Press (- or +) button until “ENGINE - PARAMETER SET =2” is displayed.
6. Push Enter button.
7. TONER SENSOR - ENABLE is displayed.
8. Push Enter button.
9. Press (- / +) TONER SENSOR = DISABLE is displayed.
10. Press ON LINE CANCEL buttons at same time.
11. (*) is displayed.
12. Restart the Printer.

if you got the seals of of the new cartridge, then sometimes opening and closing the toner door will help the indicator go away. I have 2 of these and sometimes it takes a bit for the toner to work it's way into the system.

It can be a faulty toner sensor, usually that happens when the printer is dirty inside. First try removing all toner, and preforming the complete toner loading procedure, refitting all toners on the carousel. In that case call manufacturer at te number listed on the owner manual.

Probably dirty contacts on side of cart. Also if you take out drum and cart unit together, clean copper contacts with alcohol and cotton bud, also make sure in machine where they contact is clean

If the toner is empty it will display this message and the only way I know of getting rid of it is to replace the cartridge. They do make refill kits with extra chips so you can cut the old one out and sticky tape another on. As for a clearing code I am unaware of one for this unit as the information is store in the toner cartridge.

There is a cheap under the toner... it is probably corrupted... with a screw driver you should take it out and replace it with the old cartdrige toner.
