What happens when you change the monitors to the different ports? Does the violet monitor stay violet when it is plugged into the other video port?
I am guessing that the monitor that is violet is using a VGA connection
The most common cause of a monitor displaying a pink or violet color cast is that one of the RGB conductors in the VGA cable is broken, or the plugs are not firmly seated in the sockets, leading to one color not firing on the monitor. Try a different cable. Try plugging it in with DVI instead.
Hi..! try to check whether display settings in ur phone are changed? whether if u are unable to correct try to set default display settings! by using phone menu..! cheers......!
Yes you have change the settings of your display to a higher resolution and your monitor is not compatible with that setting, to fix this you can bring your system unit to a friend or neighbor who has a computer and try changing it if your friends monitor is capable or compatible with your display settings. Or if you have other monitor you can swap it.
check your video grahics card application. change the display to mulitple set up. or go to panel display in the setting menu and change the monitor displays set to multiple or dual.
Seems that you have set the resolution on your graphics card to a
setting higher than the maximum resolution supported by your monitor. Try
to boot into Safe Mode & lower the resolution of your graphics
card. If not possible, go to Device Manager & remove the graphics
card from it, then reboot your computer. This will reset the resolution. You can then re-install your graphics card drivers & get it to work properly.
On the Monitor tab, in the Refresh Frequency list, click a new
refresh rate.
Notes
To open Display, click Start, point to Settings, click
Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
The default refresh frequency setting is 100 Hertz, although your monitor
may support a higher setting. Check your manufacturer's documentation for
information regarding the settings your monitor supports.
A higher refresh frequency reduces any flicker on your screen,
but choosing a setting that is too high for your monitor can make your display
unusable and cause damage to your hardware.
Changes to the refresh frequency affect all users that log on to the
computer.
what you may need to do is find an accepted screen resolution, as your screen is 19" widescreen and your notebook will be set for a normal monitor display, so either try the auto button on the screen or look at the properties of your graphics card om the notebook to find supported screen resolutions for extended displays.
