depending on your service provider , you can usually take it to them and they can unlock it for you. if not call customer service they should be able to help you.

Go to ur Gmail app. At bottom bring up account settings. Then click the Gmail account pull up the sync settings. Unchecked pacosa web photos. Then try again to delete pics. I had this issue... when u sync to pacosa ur pics send to ur Gmail n can't b erased. Hope I helps.
