After printing once I have to restart my PC to print another document. This started happening all at once. What to do?
This is common issue in todays date, please un-install Internet Explorer11 update.
To un-install you can click start icon at bottom left of computer screen, then click" All Program" then Accessories then click run and type appwiz.cpl.
Click OK
A new window will open on left of screen click on uninstall updates and find Internet Explorer 11 and uninstall.
restart your computer.

I would move the printer to another computer. See if the problem follows. I have seen the issue a few times with issues in normal.dot but also in other office applications.
Problem I'm fighting with on my 1720 is its printing extra pages between pages. basically print a 5 page document and get an 8/9 page final with the extra blank pages. Think its a user error but could be machine related. going to try it on another PC and see what happens.

Try these steps:
1. Try to print a test page in the Printer Properties window. If it prints ok, then maybe Word is the problem. You may have specified some page parameter (e.g. margins, length, etc.) that was out of range.
2. Try the printer on another pc.

This has to do with the document printing properties. When you are ready to print a document, choose properties and make sure you go through the printer settings under that software.
The test page only verifies the cartridges. The printer properties of the software control the printer during printing.

I have a wireless connection to the printer and, as I said, there seems to be a glitch somewhere that is preventing me from sending more than one document to the printer before I have to shut down my PC and reboot. Just now I tried to print a document and the status box on my screen shows that only part of the document has been sent to the printer...and nothing has printed.
