Hello- Ran across you while researching a Jura-Capresso Z5 issue and was wondering whether you might be able to help........ I cannot get any milk/latte/hot water out of the left spout of my machine. The unit just chugs along and unused grounds and water are dumped into the waste bin and tray. I've cleaned all accessible parts from the left spouts, as well as cleaned behind the flap above the bin, but no luck. Also tried running numerous rinse cycles- also no luck. Right spout/espresso works just fine.....Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thanks!!

If you produces a cappuccino, does the coffee come out of the right (center) spout, or does it come from the left? During steaming, do you hear the pump start ticking?
If the coffee comes from the wrong spout, there`s usually the whip thats either clogged or defective, however if nothing is coming out from any of the spouts, there has to be a clogged hose somewhere.
If the problem just is that no steam is produced, you can try to unscrew the black nipple on the steamoutlet and check if it`s clogged. Then try to press the steambutton without the nipple attached.
If nothing works, I recomend taking the machine to a servicecenter.
