Press F2 (during POST) to enter the BIOS utility. Or if you want to clear the cmos, just remove the removable coin shaped battery for some ten minutes to do the same effect as "clear cmos jumper".

No bootable device suggests that your Acer Aspire hard disk may have been damaged when the computer was dropped.
You should try opening the cover on the base of the laptop where the hard drive is fitted and check to make sure that the drive is seated firmly and has not come loose with the drop. See the Acer Aspire 5253 Quick Start Guide for the location of the drive cover.
If reseating the drive does not help, then you would need to find any recovery discs that you may have made or received with the laptop plus need to buy and install a replacement hard drive.

I have an acer Aspire one d250 and I dont know the Current passcode

Here is the link for the service manual, check out page 113, it goes over the procedure for jumping the motherboard and clearing the Cmos.
