My 14 inch crt lg model cp-14j22a turn off by it self

Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. The CRT has screen adjustments, there is a screen adjustment button on the monitor that will allow you to adjust the width of the image as well as the height etc.

sometimes if the temperature builds up as a result of being too close to a wall or some refelective heat source the unit will auto shutdown .Also vacuum the air holes on the casing, if these are clogged the prpoblem will also occur. Failing that being the problem there is a fuse inside, but it may be easier and safer to get a callout tech to open an fit this

One can remove this fluid by using "acetone" & small brush. The fluid is hard to see, use bright light, they spots can be smaller then a DIME. Also, the fluid can corrode the parts and traces on the boards. To protect the TV in future place heavy plastic or thick cardboard over affective area, make sure TV has proper air flow around TV. pls check power supply output. check the voltage difference in both conditions

super bright is due to failure in video section. 1 video supply might be absent. 2 g2 voltage mighi be high gue to some part defective at ground side. 3 chroma or jungle ic not getting supply or defective. 4 luminance section defective. BUT AS you are also saying that it came once after hitting on top so there is also possibility of loose contact also. good luck.
