No water spraying in washer, and no error code

I hear the washer fill with water, it sounds as if it cycles, but when I open the washer, water has not touched the dishes and the 'spinner' arms have not moved from their original position. Therefore, soap does not dissolve, because water never comes near it. Washer does not notify me with an error code detecting any problems. I don't use a powder detergent becuse of the film it left on my dishes even with the use of a rinse aid.

Either:

1. not enough water gets into the dishwasher. open the dishwasher 3-4 times during cycle, you should see some water at least once, if not - check water valve, water level float and water pressure.
2. the pump is clogged - there is water, the motor will run but no water is circulated. Check pump filters, check chopper and impeller.

Good luck,

Can you tell me what error code E12 is on a Bosch vision 300 washer?

I am not quit sure if my answer will help you, but I am going to tell you the cycle

The unit fills to whatever water level you choose to use
.
After reaching the water level the the wash begins, after 20 or 30 minutes of washing it needs to drain the soapy water. The drain pump turn on draining the water, after draining the unit fill back up to the settings and or sprays water while doing the draining and spinning to remove as much dirty water as possible from the first wash. After the first draining, fills back up again for the final rinse and the final drain

The symptom you are describing, here tell me, that issue is with the drain valve, drain hose, the sewer, or is a big possibility that there is is a sock or woman garment stuck in inside holding the rotor causing the water not drain inside the water valve, if the sensors are not sensing the opening of the pressure switch after the first fill. it will not continue This units lately has been added many sensors the only thing this unit doesn't has is the ability to speak but if using common sense you can get to the part that needs to be replace. You need to read and understand the wash cycle first.

There is not enough water in my machine?

On mine, it does not swim clothes in water, but certain parts of the cycle, you do see water in the machine.

1) are the clothes damp at the end of the wash?
2) more importantly, are the clothes clean?
3) do you see / hear water enter on cycle start?

My suggestions:

1) loosen / remove the fill hose and verify you have water pressure in the fill hose.
2) read on this forum for test cycle proceedure. Run tests.
3) if it truly had no water, I am sure there would be an error code. Look that code up.
4) Download the manual, and follow their test / fix steps.

Note: the test proceedure, error codes and manual are mentioned by helpers in posts where I have had questions. See if you can look up my previous posts.

Blessings,
Darryl

Dishes not clean after running. Dishes and glasses have a white residue on them after drying. Water is turned on and seems to ok. When I open the washer after the wash cycle starts there are several...

Hi

If you are noticing that the dishes are not clean, then there are a few things to check for. Check the soap powder if it's kept in a dry environment. Also try replacing the powder with something like a gel or liquid. Next thing to check for is the water pressure and fill valve. Check if the water is filling in and the spray arms are throwing the water with enough pressure. Try and listen to the sound if you hear a proper spraying action sound.

If it seems as a low water pressure then check the fill valve. Now, check if dishwasher is draining the water or not. While the dishwasher is working check whether the dishwasher is draining and there is not much left out water after the cycle is complete. Try cleaning the spray arm with a soft brush. The water temperature plays a major role in cleaning of dishes. The temp should be between 125 and 150 F for dishwasher to clean the dishes. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more informatiion.

My Maytag Neptune will not go into the spin cycle, instead the letters "nf " come on the display. What can I do to prevent this and to have the cycle completed?

Bonnie,

NF = No Fill the control board receives signaling for the washer during the water fill cycle. With most cycles the depth of water is around 3.5 inches in the wash basket. I know a Bulky Wash cycle selection will fill the wash tub to a high fill which is about 7.5 inches of water in the wash basket.

Is the washer filling the machine with any water? Do you hear water entering the machine? If you are doing a cold water fill and there is no or very little water in the wash basket with the NF error code. Try a Warm or Hot fill and see if the machine will fill and start the wash cycle.

Assuming you are doing cold water wash loads. You could have a water line block at the inlet screen or a failed cold water inlet valve which will not open. Try the above and let me know the results..........Rich

DW fills and empties, but, in between the sprayer never comes on. There is absolutely no sound as the timer goes through the spray/wash cycle.

start the unit and open the door after abt 3 mins and look for water inside.if water is there and u dont hear water spray sound when running but only a low humming sound the motor is bad.if there is no water then chk for anything stuck under the water float.if that is ok then there is problem with fill valve.

Cold water will not stop filling during rinse

while the unit is filling in the warm cycle. reach behind and shut off the hot water tap.I bet the water flow stops filling, if so, you would need to change the inlet valve on the machine. You see, in warm, if the cold is not filling, you still hear the hot filling and the unit will advance. The rinse cycles are mostly "cold" only. if the valve is not opening it will not allow it to advance from the rinse section on the board.

Good luck!

Thermador dishwasher DWU244, error code "F" does not run?

f code is a fill fault problem to much or to little water to determine the problem is to hit cancel drain buttons on the front of the machine and wait for cl on the display turn off machine and wait 30 seconds turn back on and the first thing you will hear is the drain motor turn on for 15 sec then you should hear the water filling into the machine if you dont hear water filing then check to see if the valve under the sink is open to allow water to fill machine
